So I purchased this hat on the 18th of June, the process was very simple and to the point and shipping was fast. I received the hat within 3 to 4 days I believe. My issue with the hat is how it was packed for shipping. It wasn't double boxed and there wasn't a whole lot of protection in the box to help prevent deforming or even damaging the hat, plus there are what appears to be a couple of glue stains on the leather part of the hat. There are no care instructions, there's no contact us link on the website but there's definitely an all sales final under refund policy. How do customers contact you if they have issues with a purchase?. These are minore issues, however I purchased this hat for my father's 80th birthday and I'm traveling out of the country to take this to him on Tuesday. There's no way or time to even rectify this. I may have to come up with something else completely.
